The OptiMount Pearl OPTA1112 suspension is designed for toms from 11" to 12" deep, with diameters from 6" to 16". Its aluminium structure makes for a lighter set-up while keeping the drum stable. The tie-rod system allows the tom to vibrate without direct stress.

Presentation
The OptiMount Pearl OPTA1112 suspension is the aluminium version of the OptiMount system. The product is designed for drums between 11 and 12 inches deep. It is attached to the tension rods rather than the shell. This limits the points of contact with the barrel. The vibration of the wood remains more natural.
The aluminium used combines rigidity and lightness. The support remains reliable without adding unnecessary weight. Rubber cushions are integrated to absorb mechanical stress. Stability is maintained even when the tom is heavily loaded. Accepted diameters range from 6" to 16", covering a wide range of configurations.
This model is fitted as standard on Masterworks, Reference and Masters Premium drums. The whole system is designed for top-of-the-range installation. Installation is straightforward and does not alter the drum. Sustain is better preserved.
