Sound Processing System

The Phoenix Audio Nicerizer 16mkII is a discrete 16-channel, Class A adder. It takes advantage of over 25 years of brand experience in audio engineering. The Nicerizer 16mkII was originally designed, at the request of sound engineers and audio professionals, to have a device that would "soften" the output of today's digital audio workstations, and to make the final mix easier to distribute and manipulate. The Nicerizer Junior has the ability to warm all the digital mixes that are too cold, regardless of the type of music, from classic to heavy rock to pop & RnB, adding analog colors.

  • The Nicerizer 16 mk2 has been specifically designed to soften and summon signals coming out of a digital station. The signals coming out of a digital workstation can thus benefit from the characteristics of a Class A analog circuit and discrete line preamps.
  • Several Nicerizer 16 mkII can be linked to manage a large number of voices.
  • The operation of the Nicerizer 16 mkII is very simple: The signals arrive in the machine via the XLR inputs at the rear, each input is associated with a Pan and Booster + 8dB.
  • All inputs are mixed to a stereo bus. Each input, as well as each side of the stereo bus can be controlled individually. The width of the stereo bus image can be adjusted precisely.
