Plugger - 50CL80BK FAST

The Plugger 50CL80BK FAST simplifies the installation of lighting equipment on a truss, gantry or stage structure. This clamp-style hook is designed to hold spotlights, moving heads, LED bars and other compatible fixtures fitted with an M10 mounting point.

Its main advantage lies in the FAST system. This quick-release mechanism reduces the number of steps required during assembly and dismantling. It is particularly useful for lighting technicians, event caterers and mobile DJs who regularly set up their equipment in different configurations.

The clamp fits tubes with a diameter of between 45 and 60 mm. This range covers the dimensions commonly found on lighting trusses and structures used in the events industry, live entertainment or permanent installations.

Its maximum load capacity of 80 kg allows a wide range of stage equipment to be suspended, provided the manufacturer’s instructions for both the equipment and the structure are followed. TÜV Rheinland certification provides clear assurance that the design and advertised performance have been verified.

The equipment is secured using an M10 bolt. A wing nut facilitates manual tightening, whilst the Nylstop nut minimises the risk of loosening caused by vibrations and repeated handling.

Its black finish remains discreet once the hook is installed on a structure of the same colour. The Plugger 50CL80BK FAST thus blends seamlessly into stages, clubs, theatres and mobile events without drawing attention to the technical elements.

For any overhead suspension, the projector must also be secured using a sling suitable for its load. The clamp provides the primary attachment, but does not replace the secondary safety device required in stage installations.
