Designed for nearfield monitoring, the Primacoustic Recoil Stabilizer is an innovative monitor speaker support device that eliminates the disturbances caused by resonances between the speaker and the support, while providing a stable base that reduces the recoil caused by the energy of the speaker's movement.
The support is made up of three basic elements: a high-density urethane foam base that isolates the monitor from the platform, a thick 6mm laser-cut steel plate, and a thin layer of neoprene foam. The high-density foam effectively isolates the speaker by eliminating the vibrations and resonances that always induce phase anomalies, while the steel plate, which represents a significant mass of the structure, ensures the stabilization of the speaker. The neoprene coating on the top prevents any slippage so that the monitor remains firmly in place.

By significantly reducing the recoil, as the speaker coil generates energy that "pushes forward", the initial transient is no longer delayed and the resulting impulse is more defined. From the first listen, you immediately notice more punch and an extended spectrum. As you step back from the listening, you begin to notice more detail across the spectrum, improved transient response and more depth. This not only makes mixing easier, but also eliminates unidentified resonances. The mix is immediately better translated to other rooms and to other listening systems.
