PSSO - Câble de raccordement PowerCon 3 x 1,5 5 m

In the hand, the PSSO PowerCon 3 x 1.5 5 m connection cable weighs in at 770 g with the straightforwardness of a cable that has nothing to hide. This weight comes from the material itself, and it keeps the cable lying flat on the floor wherever you lay it, without any loops springing back up. The H07RN-F power cable remains flexible as you unroll it, and its rubber sheath can withstand the weight of a flight case’s foot.

The three 3 x 1.5 mm² conductors carry power to an amplifier or a powered subwoofer along the entire length, with no tapering of the cross-section. The 9 mm diameter provides a firm grip, even when wearing gloves, and allows for neat winding round the arm, turn by turn. At both ends, the integrated NEUTRIK connectors are factory-fitted, so there’s no need to improvise a connection between the cable and the plug on site. The black sheath remains discreet both on stage and in the control room, and the ‘Made in Europe’ marking on the plug is useful for those who need to verify the equipment’s origin.

At 5 metres in length, it covers the distance between a floor-standing rack and a floor-standing active speaker without the need for an extension lead. The grey PowerCON B connector plugs into the source device, the blue PowerCON A connector into the receiving device, and the connection continues without the need for an adapter.

PSSO, the audio brand of Steinigke Showtechnic – a German company whose history dates back to 1979 – was launched in 2005 and is aimed at equipment hire companies, event technicians and sound system installers.
