RCF - HDL 6-A White

The HDL 6-A White incorporates all of RCF’s expertise into a compact line array format designed for event companies, places of worship, auditoriums, multi-purpose halls and installations where a discreet appearance is essential. Its white finish allows for elegant integration into modern architectural environments whilst maintaining the performance that has made the HDL series so successful.

The system is based on a bi-amplified architecture delivering up to 1,400 W peak power. The two 6-inch neodymium woofers ensure dynamic reproduction of the bass and low-midrange frequencies, whilst the 1-inch neodymium compression driver with a 1.75-inch voice coil guarantees precise reproduction of vocals and high frequencies.

The proprietary waveguide offers a coverage angle of 100° horizontally and 10° vertically. This design ensures uniform dispersion and excellent intelligibility even at long distances. Thanks to its symmetrical geometry, the HDL 6-A maintains consistent coverage without any gaps between modules.

The on-board digital processing operates at 32-bit resolution at 48 kHz and incorporates active filtering, thermal protection, dynamic limiting, phase correction and FiRPHASE technology. The latter optimises the system’s phase response to achieve a more natural sound image and improved temporal coherence.

The reinforced PP composite enclosure combines mechanical rigidity, low weight and resistance to the stresses of transport. The integrated mounting accessories allow for the creation of professional line array configurations suitable for both mobile events and permanent installations.

The HDL 6-A White enables integrators and systems engineers to accurately simulate sound coverage, SPL levels and mechanical loads prior to installation, thanks to its compatibility with the RDShape acoustic modelling software.
