The RockBoard PedalSafe Type I is a rigid polycarbonate cover that protects the Eventide H9 on stage and in transit. Its transparent shell keeps out dirt and spills while leaving the controls visible. The asymmetrical centre-to-centre distance (104 mm rear, 108 mm front) distributes stress under oblique pressure. The 123 mm canopy facilitates heat dissipation from the processor.

The asymmetrical holes (104 mm at the rear, 108 mm at the front) fit snugly into the chassis. This offset prevents any tension, for a stable, durable fit.
