Rode's DC-USB1 is a power cable used to power a RØDECaster Pro by plugging it into any compatible USB output.
The connector is lockable for added security.
For proper operation, you need a fairly powerful USB output with a minimum current of 2.4 A.
For optimum results, we recommend using an external battery with a USB plug that meets the minimum requirements specified in the technical specifications.
Your RØDECaster Pro will operate for up to 8 hours with an external 10000 mAH battery (not supplied) and less if you use phantom power.
Please note that the RØDECaster Pro has not been designed to be powered by a computer's USB port, although it is possible that this may work.
