Presentation
Behind its sharp looks and Flying V design, the Schecter V-1 Electro-Resin hides a true jewel of design. The subtle combination of a mahogany body with a resin-impregnated flamed maple top gives this guitar an aesthetic signature that is as hypnotizing as it is sonically effective. Between generous sustain and balanced resonance, each note benefits from careful dynamics, reinforced by a glued neck that promotes optimal transmission of vibrations. With a Pale Moon Ebony fingerboard with a grain as unique as its name, it ensures a precise and fluid touch, while adding an extra touch of character to the whole. The progressive radius of 12" to 16" and the jumbo frets allow for remarkable ease of play, both for incisive solos and muscular rhythms. Add to that a compensated Ernie Ball saddle and a double-action truss rod, and you have a lutherie designed to combine comfort and stability at all levels.
On the electronics side, the Schecter V-1 Electro-Resin doesn't do things by halves. Its duo of Seymour Duncan pickups - a '59 on the neck and a '78 on the bridge - delivers a rich and expressive sound palette, capable of roaring with intensity or softening with nuance. And because versatility is always an asset, a push/pull on the tone pot lets you split these humbuckers to explore punchy and snappy single-coil tones. The 3-position selector lets you alternate between warm textures and sharp attacks, all supported by a Tune-O-Matic bridge and a through-body tailpiece to maximize resonance and precision.
Whether you're a fan of heavy riffs, clear arpeggios or solo flights, this guitar will bend to your playing with disconcerting ease.
