Schill has been winding cables in Germany since 1948, and the Schill SO cover for cable reels (blank plate) fills the empty slot. This SO model takes the form of a blank plate, designed to be fitted to a cable reel at a later date.
The plate conceals the empty slot, ensuring the cable reel retains a uniform appearance. The plastic does not rust and weighs just 150 g, a modest load for the cable reel. Manufactured in Germany, it comes from the same manufacturer as the cable reel.
This self-fit cover can be installed without the need for a workshop. Schill includes it amongst its cable reel accessories, alongside the RM cover, as part of a range serving the audio, video, broadcast, industrial and craft sectors.
