Sfat - Energy Foamer Two

The SFAT ENERGY FOAMER II is clearly aimed at event service providers, leisure parks and operators of outdoor stages looking for equipment capable of producing a large, continuous and stable volume of foam. This version is based on an architecture designed for outdoor use and demanding environments, with an IP68 protection rating and a 30 V DC low-voltage power supply limiting electrical risks in wet areas.

The heart of the system is a DC motor combined with a sealed helical fan delivering an airflow of 4,100 m³/h. The projection speed reaches 12 m/s, giving an effective range of between 8 and 10 metres, depending on the angle of installation. This projection capacity ensures wide, even coverage, ideal for open stages, summer festivals, beach clubs or busy aquatic events.

The internal mixing of water and concentrate works via an integrated Venturi system. This technology guarantees a steady supply of foaming solution, even when the pressure of the water network varies. Average consumption is around 2 litres of ready-to-use solution per minute, an important parameter when it comes to anticipating logistical requirements for longer services.

The structure combines aluminium and steel with an anti-oxidation epoxy finish. The main power supply remains remote in a separate box, while the machine operates on low voltage to enhance operating safety. ENERGY FOAMER II can also be upgraded to other effects thanks to the interchangeable multi-effects system developed by SFAT, allowing conversion to snow or bubble modules depending on the scenographic project.
