Showgear - RCA-WMF-6U

In an audiovisual, network or IT installation, a wall-mounted rack allows equipment to be grouped together while keeping cabling organised and accessible. The Showgear RCA-WMF-6 is a 19" wall-mounted patch panel designed for this type of installation, with a compact 6 rack unit format suitable for moderate-sized technical infrastructures.

This wall-mounted rack can be used to install a range of standard 19" equipment such as patch panels, network switches, audio interfaces, processors and distribution systems. The 6U format offers enough space to group several devices together, while remaining suitable for environments where available space is limited, for example in a control room, a technical room or a network room.

The front panel of the Showgear RCA-WMF-6 features a glass door mounted on a metal frame. This design protects the equipment while maintaining direct visibility of the equipment installed. The key locking system restricts access to equipment, which can be useful in shared environments or facilities accessible to the public.

Ventilation is also an important consideration for this type of rack. Two ventilation grilles are integrated into the structure to promote air circulation inside the rack. This passive ventilation limits the build-up of heat generated by the electronic equipment installed in the rack.

The rack structure is based on a metal body designed to support a maximum load of 70 kg. The fixed rack rails hold the equipment securely in place. Detachable hinges provide easy access to the interior of the rack for installation and maintenance.
