The Soundcraft Local Rack is a rack-mountable flight case designed for integrating professional audio equipment into studio, rehearsal, live performance or broadcast environments. Its 19-inch, 12U format allows various rack-mountable devices to be installed within a robust and portable structure, suitable for both fixed installations and scalable technical set-ups.

Unlike a standard transport flight case, this model can also be used as a permanent or semi-permanent integration solution for organising a complete audio system. It allows rack-mountable equipment such as processors, audio interfaces, converters, wireless systems, amplifiers or control devices to be stacked and secured in a clear and easily accessible configuration.

Its reinforced structure effectively protects the equipment from the stresses of daily use whilst facilitating access to the installed equipment. The integrated castors simplify movement between different technical areas, whilst the braking system ensures good stability once the rack is positioned in a studio, control room or performance venue.
