The Spira T407MBK Satin Black guitar offers a fresh take on the T-style body shape, featuring an extra string to deliver deeper tones. Whilst its design remains familiar, the 7-string configuration immediately lends it a more modern character, perfect for styles where low-end riffs need real punch. The satin black finish enhances its understated yet aggressive look, without being over the top.
Its roasted poplar body is paired with a roasted Canadian maple neck to create a stable instrument that’s a pleasure to play. The Modern D profile fits naturally in the hand, even when songs require rapid finger movements up the neck. The Ebony Tech fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets, leaving plenty of room for solos, bends and more advanced techniques.
This is where this 7-string really comes into its own: the two Spira Villain humbuckers deliver a huge reserve of power with good note separation, even with plenty of distortion. The 26.5" scale length helps keep the low B string tight and precise, whilst the fixed bridge and locking tuners provide a reliable setup for worry-free playing. A guitar that gets straight to the point for those who want heavier riffs!
