The Genghis Exo series was designed to create a difference in sound between the body of a cymbal and its bell. Available here in the 20-inch Ride version, it's easy to tell the difference between the hammered and polished body and the unpolished bell.
The polished section produces warm, responsive sounds thanks to its hammering. The raw bell, in the centre, offers a darker vintage projection.
