StarWay - Quasar

The StarWay Quasar has been designed as a hybrid lighting solution for demanding stage and event environments, where versatility and visual impact are essential. By combining two distinct light sources in a single fixture, it features a motorised RGB wash panel and an ultra-powerful white LED strobe system, allowing you to switch from immersive coloured lighting to highly dynamic strobe effects without changing equipment.

The wash section is based on an RGB LED matrix capable of producing a high luminous flux whilst maintaining a rich colour palette. The segmented system allows for the creation of internal effects, gradients, light waves or rapid transitions between different zones of the projector. This approach paves the way for highly creative applications, particularly in stage design, concerts or architectural installations.

The strobe module, comprising several hundred high-intensity white LEDs, offers particularly high light output, capable of generating percussive and rhythmic effects across large areas. The division into independent segments allows for precise animations, with chase effects, light blocks or synchronised variations.

Thanks to its 180° motorised tilt, the Quasar can direct its effects with great flexibility, offering considerable freedom of positioning within the performance space. This mobility allows lighting atmospheres to be quickly adapted to the needs of the production or recording.

Compatible with DMX, RDM, Art-Net and sACN, it integrates easily into modern lighting setups, whether simple or complex. Its IP65 rating also allows it to be used outdoors without any particular restrictions, whether for concerts, festivals or temporary installations exposed to the elements.

With its dual wash and strobe capabilities, segmented control and high light output, the Quasar stands out as a versatile creative tool, capable of meeting both ambient lighting needs and the most dynamic visual effects.
