The Triad-Orbit SM-VM1 VESA Mount is an adapter plate designed for professional audio installations requiring standard VESA mounting on the brand's Atmos mounting system. It allows speakers with 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm VESA holes to be integrated into the Triad-Orbit ecosystem.
This plate is specifically designed to work with the SM-SW1 and SM-UM1 swivel brackets. It has two separate drilling patterns for the swivel link: a 40 x 40 mm pattern compatible with the SM-SW1, and a 20 x 20 mm pattern for the SM-UM1 bracket. This dual compatibility ensures seamless integration depending on the type of wall or ceiling configuration chosen.
For Dolby Atmos installations or multi-channel immersive systems, precise orientation is essential. The SM-VM1 is part of Triad-Orbit's Precision AV Atmos Speaker Mount System, designed to offer locked positions in 15-degree increments of tilt and rotation when combined with compatible mounts.
The modular approach allows the integrator to quickly adapt the mounting to different models of loudspeaker equipped with standard VESA holes, without any improvised fixing solutions. The plate provides a clean, secure interface between the loudspeaker and the Triad-Orbit pivot system.
