In terms of sound, the Series 13 is tuned to a pitch of 440 Hz, guaranteeing impeccable accuracy in all playing situations. Made from natural ebonite (rubber, sulphur and linseed oil), the mouthpiece undergoes around ten manufacturing stages before being polished by hand.
Only the top is left unfinished to ensure absolute acoustic precision. It's a healthy, stable accessory with a rich timbre, perfect for those who want a wide sound with optimised mouthpiece comfort.
