The Vandoren Optimum LC090P ligature for V16 baritone saxophone has been designed to hold the reed in place with precision while allowing the vibration to develop freely. Thanks to this balanced hold, the sound becomes more centred and richer, whether you're playing fast passages or long, sustained notes. The gold finish adds an elegant touch while subtly influencing the roundness and projection of the timbre.
The clamping system uses a single double-pitch screw and a symmetrical closure. Pressure is distributed evenly over the reed, ensuring a secure hold without crushing the material. The result: natural resonance and optimum playing comfort.
The pack includes three interchangeable pressure pads. Depending on the pad you choose, you can favour articulation, projection or suppleness of vibration. The plastic mouthpiece cover protects the ligature and mouthpiece between sessions, for safe, practical use.
