The Xvive XV1-R is a portable recorder designed for musicians, videographers and creators who want a simple, versatile and professional tool for capturing faithful sound in any situation. The XV1-R features two high-quality X/Y microphones capable of handling up to 130dB SPL, guaranteeing a precise and natural stereo image, even when faced with powerful sources such as drums or a live stage. Audio conversion is carried out in 24-bit / 48 or 96 kHz, with the option of recording in 32-bit float, a format highly prized for its wide dynamic range and resistance to saturation. The device also offers recording in AAC-LC or HE-AAC, ideal for producing lightweight files that can be shared quickly.

The XV1-R's interface is designed for immediate use: its clear menus, predefined recording profiles (Production, General, Meeting, Voice Memo, Concert) and automatic functions (Auto Record, Pre Record, Self Timer) mean you can start recording in a matter of seconds. The Slate Tone Generator makes it easy to synchronise audio and video during DSLR shoots.

In addition to its recording qualities, the XV1-R can also be used as a USB audio interface via its USB-C port, transforming the device into a direct recording solution for a computer or tablet. It has a 3.5 mm stereo mic/line input (with 3.1 V plug-in power supply) and a 3.5 mm line/headphone output with independent volume control.

Integrated effects - low-cut, noise gate, compressor and limiter - allow the sound to be adapted to suit the recording conditions and avoid distortion or unwanted noise. Users can also take advantage of an overdub function, useful for superimposing several tracks or adding a comment after the fact, and a playback speed control, useful for transcription or music learning.

Running on 2 AA batteries (alkaline, lithium or NiMH rechargeable) or USB power, the XV1-R offers up to 12 hours of autonomy and records directly to microSD cards from 2 to 128 GB.
