The Zildjian 5B Anti-Vibe ensures the strike is centred on the optimal point, with a 5B gauge that delivers a stronger impact than a 5A. Its hickory wood absorbs shocks, whilst its length of 406.4 mm and diameter of 15.24 mm provide a secure grip.
The patented vibration-absorption technology, developed in collaboration with Sims Vibration Laboratory and incorporated into the heel, reduces key vibrations transmitted to the hand. The medium ferrule modulates sustain, whilst the oval wooden tip shapes the attack.
This stick is suitable for electronic pads, practice pads and electronic drum kits. A conventional lacquer finish protects the surface. The Anti-Vibe series is ideal for long practice sessions, across all styles and levels, offering a more pronounced feel than a 5A.
