Zildjian - K Symphonic 19" (la paire)

The Zildjian K Symphonic 19" Pair is aimed at percussionists looking for greater breadth and depth in their orchestral playing. With this larger diameter, we get a more open response, with a sound diffusion that easily fills the space, while remaining controllable.

Developed with Marc Damoulakis, they retain the series' distinctive identity: a balance between the dark richness of the K Constantinople and the more direct projection of classical orchestral models. The core of the sound remains centred on the midrange, which helps to maintain legibility even in the densest tutti.

The 19-inch diameter, combined with a heavy thickness, gives a full attack, followed by a broader, more enveloping sustain than on smaller sizes. This makes them particularly suited to powerful passages, but they remain stable and consistent in finer nuances.

In a symphony orchestra, playing romantic, modern or contemporary repertoire, they maintain a constant colour, with no surprises in the response. The traditional finish and hammering reinforce this feeling of control in the hands. Please note that the straps are sold separately.
