AKG - DMM14 ULD
The AKG DMM14 ULD is a professional digital automixer designed for conference and broadcast installations requiring a large number of microphones and advanced Dante integration. With its integrated DSP, full matrix routing and cascading capability of up to 140 channels, it meets the needs of complex audio infrastructures and demanding broadcast environments.
Presentation
Its integrated DSP section automates microphone mixing to limit the classic problems encountered in multi-microphone systems: accumulated ambient noise, phase effects, feedback or level fluctuations between speakers. Up to 10 units can be cascaded to manage up to 140 channels simultaneously, making it possible to equip particularly large installations while maintaining consistent audio quality.
This ULD version adds advanced Dante integration, particularly suited to broadcast infrastructures and networked audio systems. All inputs can be used as direct Dante outputs, while the various analogue and USB outputs are also available on the Dante stream. The DMM14 ULD offers 22 freely assignable Dante outputs and 4 Dante streams that can be used as additional inputs.
Integrated DSP processing includes 12-band graphic EQ on the outputs, filters, compression and limiting functions, ducking, delay, mic priority functions and full audio matrix routing. Six programmable presets make it easy to quickly recall different configurations for different events or rooms.
Its 1U, 19-inch rack format makes it easy to integrate into fixed or mobile technical racks, while its many routing and control options make it particularly well-suited to modern professional installations.

Spotlight on
Founded in 1947 in Vienna, AKG is today one of the major players in the world of audio, with references for microphones and headphones used in the world's largest recording studios. These include the C414 condenser microphone, the small C451 diaphragm and the K series of monitoring headsets.
Since its acquisition by Harman International in 1994, AKG has continued to innovate with new stage microphones, analog and digital wireless systems, the Perception Series, and collaborations with artists such as Tiësto on DJ headphones.
