Presentation
This is the more extensive version of the famous SamplePad: the number of pads has been doubled, so you can trigger no less than eight different samples. Each of these pressure-sensitive pads has been equipped with LED lighting, so you can clearly see where your sticks are hitting, even in poorly lit areas. The possibility of connecting two additional pads, as well as an electronic kick and a hi-hat, is very practical. A MIDI input and output are present, so you can also use the SamplePad as a MIDI controller.

The SamplePad Pro’s internal sample bank contains 200 drum and cymbal sounds, spread across 10 ready-to-use kits. You can also use your own samples by saving them to your SD card and inserting it into the appropriate port. Browsing through the different sounds is a breeze using the four navigation buttons on the front side. The LCD screen gives you clarity on what you’re doing.
