The ADJ Entour Chill offers a simple and effective alternative to dry ice. By combining a standard water-based fluid with ice cubes, this generator produces a dense fog that stays on the ground, ideal for weddings, theatrical shows or stage performances where aesthetics count as much as visual impact.
With its 800 W heating power, it delivers 150 m² per minute, more than enough to cover a medium-sized stage or dance floor. It takes just three minutes to heat up, thanks to an optimised electronic system, and can then run continuously for almost an hour. A real convenience for event service providers or productions with a succession of sequences.
What's also appealing is its format: the fire-resistant plastic casing is compact, robust and very easy to handle. There's no need for an external chiller, or cumbersome solutions such as reverse air-conditioning. The "misty floor" effect is generated with impressive fluidity, effortlessly. Simply add ice to the built-in 2.5 kg tank, and that's it.
In terms of control, the Entour Chill is simple and versatile. Users can choose between automatic functions (timer, continuous), DMX control or use of the wired FFFTR MKII remote control supplied. The backlit LCD panel makes it easy to navigate through the settings, and the visual LED feedback in the tank indicates whether the unit is ready or heating up.
With controlled fluid consumption (15 ml/min) and a direct drain system to evacuate the melted water, maintenance is made as simple as possible. All you have to do is lower the collection bag supplied, and the water drains away without any complex handling. ADJ recommends its Kool Fog fluid for particularly dense, visual fog.
