ADJ - Hydro Spot 2

With the Hydro Spot 2, ADJ provides lighting technicians with an LED lighting system that doesn't shy away from any challenge. Thanks to its IP65 rating, it is perfectly resistant to rain, dust and harsh environments, making it just as relevant outdoors as on stage. An ideal solution for festivals, outdoor concerts or fixed installations that need to last without frequent maintenance.

Its 320W white LED provides a stable luminous flux of 15,000 lumens, more than enough to cut through large stages or brightly lit environments. The motorised zoom covers an impressive angle of 8° to 41°, allowing both sharp beam effects and wide diffusion for ambience. CMY blending, combined with variable CTO and a complementary colour wheel, provides an almost infinite colour palette, with smooth or sharp transitions depending on the effect required.

Effects designers will appreciate the wealth of on-board tools: two GOBO wheels, one of which rotates with replaceable elements, a dynamic animation system, two rotating prisms (linear 5-facet and circular 6-facet), and two frost filters. The medium frost is perfect for softening projections, while the denser filter turns the Hydro Spot 2 into a wash projector.

In terms of control, the fixture is extremely flexible: DMX512 on 24, 29 or 36 channels, RDM protocol, ArtNet and sACN compatibility, and even an integrated Wifly EXR module for wireless DMX. The colour display and dimming curve presets make configuration easy, even for complex installations. Also worth noting are the adjustable LED refresh rates, perfect for video shoots.

Weighing in at just 26 kg, it's still easy to handle for an outdoor head of this power, and its corrosion-resistant chassis extends its life, even in marine or industrial environments. Add to this the lockable IP65 connections, two Omega hooks included, and a 1.83 m mains cable, and you've got a fixture that's ready to take on real-life field conditions, with all the flexibility of a top-of-the-range tool.
