Presentation
Apogee Control has been developed to support the almost entirely software-based operation of the new Apogee interfaces and to provide quick and efficient control of the main functions. With Apogee Control, you benefit from instant access to the various input and output levels via the main control knob – inspired by the Symphony interfaces – and three dedicated control buttons, as well as immediate access to a wide range of functions via the eight user-configurable buttons.
Other features
-
Apogee Digital Control Remote
-
Control surface for Element and Symphony I/O Mk II interfaces.
-
The Apogee Control remote connects directly to your Mac via a single USB cable.
-
Allows you to adjust input and output levels at the touch of a finger (choosing between mic inputs, headphone outputs and speaker outputs)
-
It also offers other functions via eight configurable buttons: for example, you can select the input type, activate phantom power, reverse polarity, set the reference level, choose the pair of monitor speakers, activate mute, dim, mono summing and talkback functions, or launch the Launch Control app…
-
Weight: 0.68 kg
-
Element Control 1.1 Software Update:
-
To implement this new control device, Apogee has also announced an update to the Element control software platform for Mac and iOS.
-
This new software update therefore ensures compatibility between all interfaces in the Element series and the Apogee Control hardware control surface. It also introduces a new Talkback feature that allows you to use your Mac’s built in microphone or any CoreAudio input (such as the Apogee MiC) to communicate with the artist via their headphones or earphones.

Sometimes, it’s easier to have a remote control to hand: Apogee knows this all too well, as they pioneered this approach with the Apogee Duet. With the Apogee Control controller, you can configure a wide range of settings for the 8 buttons and the main button. Apogee Control connects directly to your Mac via a simple USB cable.
