Designed, machined, assembled and tested by Audix in the USA, the M60 is a miniaturised condenser microphone with fully integrated electronics and immunity to RF interference typically caused by mobile phones and GSM devices. Ideal for use in boardrooms, meetings, video conferencing and on podiums, wherever aesthetics and audio quality are of paramount importance. Cardioid by design, a hemi-cardioid polar pattern is produced when placed on a flat surface such as a table, floor, wall or podium.

Presentation
The remarkable design of the M60 brass enclosure is achieved through a complex process using a computer-controlled machining centre.
The bottom of the case is treated with a shock-absorbing material and features two threaded holes that allow the M60 condenser microphone to be bolted in a permanent position.
A high-quality, 30cm shielded cable is connected directly to the M60's internal circuitry and allows the cable to exit the enclosure at either 180 or 90 degrees, depending on whether or not it is routed through a drilled surface.
