Ideal for installations in pulpits, lecterns, conference rooms, meeting rooms or courtrooms, as well as any acoustic instrument, the MICROPOD18 pack includes a miniaturised cardioid condenser microphone with fully integrated M1250B preamp and a 43cm flexible gooseneck boom. The MicroPod series is renowned for its ability to accurately capture and reproduce speech from a comfortable distance.

The MicroPod series comprises a machined brass microphone with built-in preamp, whose capsule is replaceable by all MICRO series microphones, allowing greater flexibility and a wide range of applications, and a high-quality gooseneck terminating in a standard male XLR.
The MicroPod series, is often used with the Audix ATS series table stand, it can also be used on a standard mic stand when used with the DCLIP mic stand clamp.
