The B&C Speakers Diaphragm MD/DE16 16 Ohm is a replacement diaphragm designed specifically for the DE16 compression driver. It uses the original architecture of the model and is aimed at users wishing to restore the acoustic performance of their engine without compromise.
Its Mylar diaphragm is both lightweight and stable, providing faithful reproduction of high frequencies while minimising distortion. This material ensures a smooth response up to 18 kHz, and its high sensitivity of 107 dB makes it suitable for configurations where efficiency and clarity are paramount.
Featuring a 44 mm aluminium coil and designed to operate over a frequency range from 1.5 to 18 kHz, this diaphragm offers great replacement flexibility, particularly with a recommended cut-off at 2.2 kHz.
