The Flex 7050 type 7 cable has a 2-pin DIN plug. This type of plug was widely used in early loudspeakers, but was also used to power eight early models of Electro-Harmonix tube pedals, all designed to be powered from 12V AC: Hot Tubes, Tube Zipper, The Wiggler, Black Finger, LPB 2ube, Tube EQ, English Muff'n, 12AY7 Mic Preamp, etc.
