Presentation
The Cort KX 600 Infinite Black Satin electric guitar is more than just a classic assembly. Its Neck-Thru design literally merges the neck and body, creating a vibratory highway where sustain knows no boundaries. In the studio, this structural continuity provides a harmonic foundation that screw mounts struggle to match, especially during recording sessions.
Under your fingers, the 5-ply blend of roasted maple and walnut offers rigidity that's bulletproof against the vagaries of humidity on tour. The Slim D profile, combined with a 15.75" radius fingerboard, turns the neck into an ultra-fast playground. Forget mechanical resistance; here, velocity becomes second nature, whether you're into sweeping or complex chords.
The acoustic arsenal is based on the Fishman Fluence Modern duo. These active transducers go beyond the limits of traditional windings to deliver shocking clarity, even with gain pushed to the limit. Thanks to the Super Switch, you can juggle between massive attacks and more chiselled textures, making the instrument capable of traversing any mix, from djent to progressive rock.
Precision also nestles in the stainless steel of the 24 Jumbo frets. This material guarantees total glide and pinpoint accuracy year after year. The Graph Tech Black TUSQ saddle works in tandem with the Cort locking tuners to maintain unflappable tuning, freeing your mind from technical constraints so you can focus solely on the emotion of your playing.
Even in the dark backstage or under fickle lighting conditions, the luminescent side markers act like a visual GPS. This attention to detail, inherited from the collaboration with Neil Zaza, makes this instrument an effective playing companion!

To find out more...
Neil Zaza is not the talkative guitar hero of the networks. He prefers to let the notes do the talking. Born into a family of Lebanese origin, he grew up surrounded by oriental music, rock and classical, a mix that shapes his highly vocal phrasing. He began playing guitar seriously after discovering Randy Rhoads, but soon moved away from pure metal to write narrative, almost cinematic tracks. Zaza often composes on acoustic guitar before arranging on electric. On stage, there's no showboating: her playing is based on dynamics, silence and shocking precision.
