The D'Addario PW-CT-31 Nexxus 360 rechargeable tuner has been developed to meet the needs of viola players. It attaches directly to the viola's shoulder using a clip designed not to mark the instrument's varnish. This position makes it easy to consult the tuner while playing.

Its bright colour LED display can be rotated 360 degrees. This allows you to adjust the orientation of the display so that you can read it clearly, whatever the position of the instrument. The indications remain visible both in the practice room and on stage.

The built-in piezo sensor picks up vibrations from the viola rather than surrounding sounds. This direct detection makes it possible to check tuning even in noisy environments. The extended calibration range of 415 to 465 Hz has been designed with orchestral string instruments in mind.

The rechargeable battery lasts for up to 24 hours and can be recharged using the USB-C cable supplied. An automatic shut-off function saves power when the tuner is not in use.
