The D'Addario XSE1046-B25 pack includes 25 sets of strings for electric guitar with a 10-46 Regular Light gauge. This gauge is one of the most widely used, offering an excellent balance between playing comfort and richness of sound. It's ideal for both rhythm and expressive solos.
Each string features the XS coating developed by D'Addario. This extremely thin layer protects the strings from wear and corrosion while retaining a natural feel under the fingers. The touch remains fluid and fast, even after long playing sessions.
The construction uses a NY Steel core combined with a reformulated nickel-plated steel fillet. This combination improves string strength and tuning stability. Harmonics are richer and notes remain clear and well defined.
Fusion Twist technology reinforces the torsion points to reduce the risk of breakage. Each set is packaged in a resealable, recyclable VCI bag that protects the strings before use. The strings are made in the USA at the D'Addario factory in New York State.
