Dap - FP12 IEC / XLR 6 m Noir

The DAP FP12 IEC / XLR 6 m has been designed to simplify and make more reliable the wiring of professional lighting systems by combining the mains supply and DMX signal in a single cable. This principle significantly reduces the number of cables to be laid, improves the clarity of installations and saves precious time during set-up and dismantling.

This model incorporates a pair of IEC C14 male and C13 female connectors for carrying the power supply on one side, and a pair of XLR 3-pin male and female connectors dedicated to the DMX signal on the other. This configuration enables compatible projectors to be daisy-chained in a clean and consistent way, whether for events or permanent indoor installations.

The data part has an impedance of 110 ohms, in compliance with DMX specifications, guaranteeing reliable signal transmission with good immunity to interference. The electrical characteristics of the conductor and shield have been designed to maintain signal integrity along the entire length of the cable, even in electrically charged environments. The twisted structure and shielding help to limit interference and losses.

The cable has a generous outer diameter and a robust PVC coating, offering good mechanical strength while retaining the flexibility required for use in the field.
