This Decksaver case protects your Erica Synths SteamPipe synthesiser, which is based on a complex physical synthesis design used in advanced sound design. The SteamPipe is one of those instruments where every control directly influences the sound texture it produces. Its smoked polycarbonate shell is moulded to precisely follow the contours of the synthesiser.
Sensitive controls such as potentiometers and encoders remain covered when the instrument is not in use. The soft-fit inserts conform to the wooden areas to prevent any direct contact with a hard surface. Dust and small particles do not accumulate on the controls between sessions.
Measuring 28.1 cm x 46.9 cm x 3.2 cm, it fits the SteamPipe perfectly. Weighing just 0.48 kg, it is easy to handle whilst remaining sturdy enough for regular use. Cables can still be routed through it, so you don’t have to reconfigure your patch every time you use it.
