DR Strings Veritas Medium 13-56 strings are designed to last and stay in tune longer than traditional strings. The coated core process covers the core before winding, blocking the spinning and preventing premature wear. This treatment ensures better harmonic retention and prolongs the brilliance of the sound.
The phosphor-bronze wiring produces a rich timbre that is both clear and warm. Each set includes a rare alternative: Xenon Power-Plain™ treble strings, which are more powerful than the standard ones, resulting in a more even sound. This option will appeal to guitarists who want trebles that break through better in a mix or on stage.
The 13-56 medium drawbar provides ideal resistance for hard chords or lower tunings. Michael Franti, known for his energetic playing and intense live shows, adopted these strings for their endurance.
