Drawmer - MC2.1 Monitor Controller
The Drawmer MC2.1 monitoring controller provides a central interface for organising studio monitoring with precision, elegance and consistency, connecting audio sources to various monitoring systems in a clear and organised manner that facilitates controlled sound engineering. Developed and manufactured in the UK, this unit features a design focused on fidelity, with an understated presence that reminds us that an audio control unit can also have character. It strikes a balance between technical precision, listening comfort and creativity, without turning the studio into a sterile laboratory.
Presentation
Its three stereo inputs and three stereo speaker outputs allow for the organisation of multiple listening set-ups, offering the flexibility required by studios seeking clear management of connected sources.
Drawmer provides a control tool designed to analyse audio signals systematically, thanks to mono, dim, mute, phase inversion and left/right cut functions. The two independent headphone amplifiers allow for separate management of personal monitoring, whilst the integrated talkback system facilitates communication between multiple users in a shared working environment.
The MC2.1’s active electronic design ensures a precise audio path, with a linear power supply featuring a low-noise toroidal transformer to minimise electrical interference. Each speaker output has dedicated controls, allowing for fine-tuning of levels between multiple monitoring systems used to compare different sound reproductions in the studio.

a well-known brand in the PA and studio universe, specialised in signal
processing devices. You are looking for a Noise Gate that does not only cut the
sound, go for the MX40. This quadruple Noise Gate allows an automatic setting
of the attack time and offers the Peak Punch function that adds more impact to
drum and percussive sounds.
