Presentation
Three pairs of strings that save the day, you open the Elixir 16564 80/20 Bronze Nanoweb pack, and you're guaranteed a brilliant, defined sound for the season to come. Nanoweb technology acts like a second skin on the bronze alloy, repelling the oxidation that usually dulls the tone. Your guitar retains that crystal-clear freshness, that feeling from day one, long after you've put it together.
The Custom Light tension rod (11-52) is a smart choice. It provides enough body for solid rhythm accompaniment in concert, while remaining supple for delicate arpeggios or expressive bends. The steel core and 80/20 bronze shell create a perfect balance: the attack is precise, the sustain is generous, and the harmonics sparkle as they should.
The other superpower? The smooth surface. It's not just a question of longevity, it's a revolution for playing. The coating virtually eliminates the 'zip' of slippery fingers.
