The ESP E-II Eclipse DB is a 6-string electric guitar that combines elegant design with sonic performance. Its mahogany body, enhanced with a maple top, produces powerful bass and balanced resonance, ideal for a wide variety of styles. With a glued-in mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, this instrument guarantees smooth and pleasant playability. Thanks to a 24.75-inch scale length and a 305 mm radius, guitarists can enjoy exceptional comfort when playing everything from fast solos to complex chords.

This guitar is equipped with formidable active electronics. The duo of EMG pickups – an EMG 60 in the neck position and an EMG 81 in the bridge – offers a sonic range that goes from warm and round tones to sharp and incisive sounds, ideal for heavier genres like metal. With simplified controls, including two volumes and one tone, accompanied by a 3-way selector, it is easy to find the tone that suits each playing, without having to spend hours on settings.

To ensure a flawless performance, ESP has integrated Gotoh locking tuners, guaranteeing reliable tuning stability. The TOM bridge, meanwhile, optimizes sustain and ensures ideal string tension. In addition, the Schaller straplocks are there to keep the guitar in place even during the most energetic performances, without fear of wrong notes... or unfortunate falls.
