Fender - American Professional Stratocaster HSS Maple Black

The Fender American Professional Stratocaster HSS Maple Black combines heritage with contemporary enhancements for the discerning musician. Its alder body with a polyurethane finish and Stratocaster shape deliver balanced resonance.

The maple neck, featuring a Deep ‘C’ profile, a Super-Natural satin finish on the back and a gloss urethane finish on the headstock, has a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 22 Narrow Tall frets for smooth playability.

The HSS configuration combines a V-Mod III humbucker at the bridge with two V-Mod III single-coils in the middle and neck positions, featuring Bridge Zebra, Middle Aged White and Neck Aged White pickguard covers; the Push-Push Tone Control activates the humbucker’s coil-split. Controls include Master Volume, Tone 1 (neck/middle) and Tone 2 (bridge) with ClassicGear™ Precision™ potentiometers.

The 2-Point Synchronised Tremolo bridge, Radial™ Bent-Steel saddles and cold-rolled steel block enhance sustain and clarity; the Pop-In truss rod makes adjustment easy. Fender Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuning machines and the asymmetrical 4-bolt mounting plate with Micro-Tilt™ ensure tuning stability and precise adjustments.
