Fender - American Professional Stratocaster HSS RW Dark Night

Designed to meet the demands of today’s guitarists, the Fender American Professional Stratocaster HSS RW Dark Night incorporates a number of enhancements aimed at improving playing comfort and tonal versatility.

Its alder body is paired with a maple neck featuring a Deep “C” profile, finished in a satin “Super-Natural” finish, with a sculpted heel and rounded fretboard edges to facilitate movement along the entire length of the neck. The rosewood fingerboard, with 22 Narrow Tall frets, offers a 9.5" (241 mm) radius and a scale length of 648 mm.

The HSS configuration combines a V-Mod III humbucker at the bridge position with two V-Mod III Strat® single-coil pickups, complemented by a 5-way selector switch and a push-push control to activate the humbucker’s coil-split. This electronics setup delivers both humbucker and single-coil tones.

The 2-point synchronised vibrato features a cold-rolled steel block, whilst the ClassicGear™ Radial™ Bent Steel Saddles facilitate action and intonation adjustments. Fender Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuning machines complete the package. The guitar comes in a Deluxe moulded case to ensure it is protected whilst on the move.
