T Style Guitar
The semi-hollow design of the Thinline Tele was created with the goal of producing lightweight instruments from the dense wood of ash. Reimagined in late 1971 around a pair of wide-range humbucking pickups, the second-generation Thinline Telecaster went into production in 1972. It was the first Fender six-string to feature humbucking pickups, and the first Tele to feature a six-saddle adjustable bridge!
