The Fender American Vintage II 1977 Telecaster Custom 3-Color Sunburst is a carefully crafted reissue of an iconic model that left its mark on the history of the electric guitar.
Designed to recreate the experience of the instruments of the time, it combines an alder body with a gloss polyurethane finish and a maple "C" profile neck typical of 1977. Its round laminated rosewood fingerboard, with a 7.25" radius, houses 21 vintage tall frets and pearlescent markers, providing fluid playability that's faithful to the standards of the era.
In terms of tone, this Custom Telecaster combines a Pure Vintage '77 single-coil pickup in the bridge position with a genuine CuNiFe® Wide Range humbucker in the neck position. This configuration allows you to switch from an incisive twang to rounder, warmer tones, thanks to the three-position selector and dual volume and tone controls.
The vintage bridge with six grooved bridges, F-stamped tuners and nickel/chrome hardware complete the package with remarkable aesthetics and reliability.
