Gibson's Les Paul Special Double Cut Ebony features a classic construction with a mahogany body, glued mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, providing the sound base typical of models in the Original collection. It's equipped with two P-90 Soapbar pickups, each with its own volume and tone control, as well as a 3-position selector switch, providing a simple but effective palette of sounds for different playing styles. Its wraparound bridge, nickel-plated hardware and Ebony finish complete an instrument designed to be easy to hold, and delivered in a hard case made in the USA.

The Gibson Les Paul Special Double Cut Ebony is for guitarists who like to feel the instrument respond immediately. Its solid mahogany body and glued neck form a warm, responsive sound base, while the high-gloss nitrocellulose finish lets the wood vibrate freely and develop a patina over time. The double cutaway naturally opens up the treble and invites you to explore the entire neck without restraint.
The 60's Slim Taper profile, combined with the 24.75" pitch, offers a quick, comfortable grip, ideal for long sessions or intense sets. The rosewood fingerboard provides a pleasant balance under the fingers, with a precise but never dry attack. The wraparound bridge adds to this direct feel, transmitting the energy of the strings without a filter.
