The Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin Vintage Burst guitar draws direct inspiration from 1950s archtop guitars whilst incorporating a modern design. Its body, crafted from wild Canadian cherry wood, offers natural resonance and a beautiful, open tone. The semi-gloss vintage burst finish highlights the wood grain with a warm, authentic finish. The silver maple neck ensures comfortable stability along the entire 24.84" scale length. The rosewood fingerboard with a 16" radius offers a smooth feel under the fingers and facilitates extended chords. The 21 frets allow for smooth playability without overloading the neck. The Graphtech TUSQ nut contributes to good intonation and a clean attack on the notes.

The Godin Kingpin P90 pickup delivers a very distinctive vintage tone. It produces prominent mids, round bass and a slightly gritty attack typical of single-coil pickups.
