Its silver maple body with Canadian basswood wings and flamed maple top give it a visual identity as striking as its tonal character. The Godin ACS Steve Stevens Signature 25th Anniversary guitar pays tribute to a historic collaboration between the renowned guitarist Steve Stevens and Godin. Limited to just 100 pieces, this edition has a unique character that will appeal to musicians and collectors alike. Its high-gloss purple finish immediately catches the eye and showcases the superb flamed maple top. Each instrument is individually signed and numbered to emphasise its special status.
The body combines a silver maple core with Canadian Laurentian basswood sides. This construction promotes a pleasant balance and excellent note definition. The mahogany neck provides a comfortable playing feel across the entire 25.5" scale length. The Richlite fingerboard with a 16" radius offers a smooth and precise playing surface suited to both modern techniques and more traditional passages.
The built-in electronics are one of the distinctive features of this ACS. The customised LR Baggs system with a 13-pin connector allows you to drive Roland GR synthesizers as well as the majority of compatible equipment. This configuration opens up a vast range of sonic possibilities for live performance, studio work or composition. Every nuance of your playing is reproduced with precision, allowing you to fully exploit the instrument’s potential.
The Richlite bridge harmoniously completes the package, whilst the 48.26 mm Graphtech nut provides comfortable string spacing for playing on nylon strings. The 14:1 ratio tuners allow for precise tuning adjustments. Steve Stevens’ iconic laser gun motif appears on the headstock, reinforcing the unique identity of this edition. A custom hard case with a purple interior, a signature pick and a certificate of authenticity accompany this Godin guitar, made in Canada.
