The Godin Artisan ST-III Whiskeyburst MN is a Canadian-made guitar, designed for guitarists who like to switch between registers without changing instruments. Its American basswood body is topped with a curly maple top that brings out the high-gloss Whiskeyburst finish. The result is an elegant guitar with a understated yet distinctive look. When you pick it up, the bolt-on neck made from roasted hard maple quickly feels familiar. The maple fingerboard, 12" radius and 22 medium frets allow you to transition naturally from rhythm to solo playing. The Graphtech nut and 18:1 ratio locking tuners round off a package designed for regular playing. The 25.5" scale length maintains a familiar feel under the fingers with the .010-.046 string set.

The pickup configuration clearly shapes the character of this Artisan ST-III. The two Seymour Duncan Cool Rails in the neck and middle positions provide a versatile foundation, whilst the Seymour Duncan Hot Rails at the bridge round the package off. The 5-way switch allows you to switch easily between different pickup combinations depending on the song. You’ll find simple controls with volume, tone and quick access to the various positions.
