The Godin Session R-HT Pro Carbon White is a solid body guitar that lets you play a variety of styles without changing instruments. It has a sober Carbon White finish with a clean, modern look. The format remains classic and easy to handle. It's just as suitable for working at home as it is for playing in a band.
The body is made from American basswood, so it stays light when worn for long periods. The maple neck gives a fast, precise feel under the fingers. The rosewood fingerboard gives a slightly softer feel when you play. All in all, it remains comfortable even over extended sessions.
The 2 Lace Sensor Hot Gold pickups in the neck and middle positions give a clear, well-defined sound. The Seymour Duncan '59 humbucker in the bridge position adds density as you increase the gain. The 5-position selector makes it easy to change combinations. The push-pull on the tone lets you switch to split mode to lighten the sound of the bridge.
The fixed bridge holds the tuning well, even with a hard attack. Through strings improve body vibration and note sustain.
