The Gretsch GRG4BP Concert Series bass drum pedal is designed for drummers looking for reliability and precision on a daily basis. Its double-chain transmission provides a smooth feel and good response, suitable for modern styles as well as harder playing.
Gretsch's Easy Glide crankset naturally follows the movement of the foot, without unnecessary resistance. The height and angle of the crankset are easily adjusted to suit your posture. The articulated heel cup improves comfort and control, especially on fast passages.
The base plate has an anti-slip coating that stabilises the pedal on all types of surface. Adjustable spikes reinforce the anchorage when play becomes more energetic. The 3-point clamping system holds the bass drum ring firmly in place. Rubber protectors protect the drumhead, even after repeated assembly and disassembly. Side access to the clamp simplifies installation, even on stage.
The spring tension can be adjusted in stages to fine-tune the feel underfoot. The bat angle can be adjusted independently to adapt the attack. The classic felt bat provides balanced, controlled contact. Memory locks ensure a constant bat height from one installation to the next.
